Job summary

OnPoint Pediatrics at Highlands Ranch, part of OnPoint Medical Group, is seeking a Pediatric Physician to join our Highlands Ranch clinic in Colorado. This full-time role offers the chance to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to children in a collaborative, physician-led environment where your input matters.

The position includes leadership opportunities for Physician Leads, a supportive team, and a salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 annually, with a four-day workweek and comprehensive

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality pediatric care across the full scope of the clinic.
• Provide physician oversight for areas of the practice requiring medical leadership.
• Stay current on evolving medical standards, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative colleagues to support an exceptional patient and family experience.
• Address operational concerns constructively and professionally with the appropriate team members.
• Comply with all applicable HIPAA requirements, Colorado Medical Practice Act standards, and organizational policies.
• For Physician Lead roles: provide overall clinical direction and leadership for OnPoint Medical Group activities, as designated.

What You'll Do
