OnPoint Pediatrics at Highlands Ranch is seeking a Pediatric Physician to join our Highlands Ranch clinic. You will provide comprehensive medical care to children in a collaborative, physician-led environment where your voice matters.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $170,000 to $200,000 per year, a four-day workweek, PTO, CME days, and robust medical, dental, and vision benefits. OnPoint Medical Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality pediatric care across the full scope of the clinic.
• Provide physician oversight for areas of the practice requiring medical leadership.
• Stay current on evolving medical standards, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative colleagues to support an exceptional patient and family experience.
• Address operational concerns constructively and professionally with the appropriate team members.
• Comply with all applicable HIPAA requirements, Colorado Medical Practice Act standards, and organizational policies.
• For Physician Lead roles: provide overall clinical direction and leadership for OnPoint Medical Group activities, as designated.

What You'll Do
