Corewell Health is seeking an Onboarding Experience Coordinator to support the Physician and APP Recruitment team. You will coordinate onboarding activities, ensure a smooth transition for new hires, and work with stakeholders across departments to deliver a positive onboarding experience.

Responsibilities include managing candidate pre-boarding, maintaining recruitment databases, verifying background checks, and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in call Center, customer service, patient care, administrative support, project management, or related customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate itineraries and travel logistics for physician and APP recruitment; arrange lodging and meals, plus meeting prep and executive scheduling.
• Assist with candidate site visits, including escorting and representing Corewell Health during visits.
