Typical responsibilities include providing occupational health services, promoting employee wellness, and collaborating with the health care team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certified or board eligible in occupational medicine or relevant specialty.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certifications such as BLS/ACLS/PALS.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational medicine care at ProMedica Physicians Group sites in Fremont, OH.
• Deliver preventive care and patient education within the occupational health program.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure personalized employee care.

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician in Fremont, Ohio.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule- 40 hours/week (Monday through Friday), no weekend/holiday/on-call
• Physical Working locations include: 360 Health (Fremont, OH) and Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (Oak Harbor, OH)
• Join a team of one provider
• Practice Volume- 12-15 patients/day
• Open to new graduates

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution in the applicable specialty.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
