Job summary

ProMedica Physicians Group is seeking a Psychiatrist in the Fremont/Findlay, Ohio area for part-time coverage. The role is 20 hours per week, with core hours 8a-5p, Monday through Friday. Scheduling varies by candidate.

Outpatient treatment with mix of medication management and psychotherapy; weekend consults and ER involvement are minimal. Holidays are paid, and relocation and a sign-on may be negotiable. The team includes one physician, two APPs, and eight therapists.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution in psychiatry.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Board certified or board eligible in psychiatry.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.

Job Summary:

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a Psychiatrist in the Fremont/Findlay, Ohio area. Part Time (20 hours per week)- core business hours are 8a-5p, Monday through Friday. Days/locations/hours can vary depending on the candidate. ProMedica observed Holidays are paid off. Weekend Consults 1:4, low volume and mostly ER Consults. No evening Clinical Call. Team currently consists of one physician, two APP's, and eight therapists. Outpatient treatment only- 15/20/30/60-minute patient care slots, Combination Medication Management and Psychotherapy is 15-20 patients per eight hour day. With a focus on preventive care and patient education, across a wide range of medical specialties, PPG helps individuals maintain long-term health and manage complex conditions. Physicians apply the latest medical knowledge and collaborate closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure personalized, effective care at every stage of life.
