Job summary

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician for our Primary Care team in Toledo, OH. This role offers 100% outpatient care with a 1:7 call/holiday rotation and the use of EPIC EMR.

Relocation assistance is available, and there is an option to perform minor procedures. Flexible scheduling includes 8- or 10-hour shifts with 4 or 5 days per week to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the applicable state.
• Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty.
• Active American Heart Association certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient care.
• 1:7 call/holiday coverage rotation.
• Use of EPIC EMR for patient care management.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution in the applicable specialty.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Board certified or board eligibleinthe relevant specialty.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
