Job summary

Palm Careers seeks an experienced Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician for a locum opportunity in Alaska. The role involves inpatient and outpatient MFM consultations with on-site coverage, including weeknights and weekends. Deliveries are not required but may be considered.

Requirements include MD/DO, ABMS board certification in MFM, active state license, DEA, and ACLS/BLS; ultrasound proficiency is needed. Start Jan 2027, ongoing, 1–2 weeks per month on-site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct MFM consults for obstetric teams; deliveries not required but preferred.
• On-site coverage with weeknight and 24-hour weekend beeper call (backup to virtual call).

Locum Physician – Maternal-Fetal Medicine Opportunity in Alaska

We are seeking an experienced Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician for a Locum Maternal-Fetal Medicine opportunity.

Position Details

• Start: January 2027, ongoing
• Commitment: At least 1-2 weeks per month, on site
• Schedule: Clinic Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call (backup to virtual call coverage)
• Setting: Inpatient and outpatient; MFM consults with OBs (deliveries not required, but strongly preferred)
