Job description

Position Overview

Non‑invasive cardiology faculty positions (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor) at the WVU School of Medicine and WVU Heart & Vascular Institute, Morgantown, WV.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in non‑invasive cardiology.
• Teach medical students, internal medicine residents, and cardiology fellows.
• Engage in clinical research and teaching opportunities at additional sites.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent, eligible for state medical license.
• Board certified or eligible in cardiovascular disease, with additional certification or intent to certify in imaging modalities such as echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, or MRI.
• Must meet all qualifications at time of appointment.

Travel

Travel to additional sites in West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Virginia may be required.
