PeaceHealth RiverBend is expanding an established Neurointensivist team (3 physicians and soon to be 4 APCs) within a 12-bed Neurocritical Care Unit, providing 24-hour coverage at the region's largest hospital between Portland and Sacramento. Springfield sits at the southern end of the Willamette Valley, near Eugene, with abundant outdoor recreation and a supportive community.

Description

Join an established Neurointensivist team (3 physicians and soon to be 4 APC team) and Comprehensive Stroke center at RiverBend Neuro ICU, providing 24 hour coverage at the largest hospital between Portland and Sacramento.

We serve a large rural catchment area including the southwest, coastal Oregon as well as the surrounding Eugene/Springfield communities and regularly get referrals from critical access hospitals located in these areas. PeaceHealth is also a Level II trauma center with a focus on individualized patient care and safety.

• We support a large catchment area in Oregon (5 counties)
• PeaceHealth RiverBend continues our 10 th year of Gold plus recognition.
• Dedicated 12 bed Neurocritical care unit.
• 5 on 5 off 12-hour Neurointensivist shift and call for the remainder of the 24 hour shift.

Springfield is located at the southern end of the Willamette Valley, also known as, Oregon wine country. Two rivers run through the community, the Willamette River, and McKenzie River.
