PeaceHealth RiverBend Medical Center is seeking per-diem Trauma Surgeons to support our Trauma and Acute Care Surgery patients. The role involves working with a team of surgeons to provide in-house trauma surgical coverage on a 12-hour shift schedule in a Level II ACS center in Springfield, Oregon.

Compensation includes an hourly wage of $299.20, plus travel and lodging reimbursement. This position offers a flexible, roster-based arrangement to fit your schedule while serving a broad regional

• Coordinate workload as part of a regional surgical team.

PeaceHealth Medical Center at RiverBend Trauma Surgery department is hiring per diem Trauma Surgeons to support our Trauma and Acute Care Surgery patients.

RiverBend Medical Center is a tertiary care center with an ACS Level II Trauma center designation. RiverBend supports a large catchment area along the Oregon coast and southern Oregon.

Practice Highlights

• Working with a team of 8 Surgeons and 5 APCs to coordinate and share the workload.


• Blend of Trauma, General Surgery, and ICU.


• Schedule: 12-hour shifts with backup Trauma Surgeon support.


• In-house Trauma surgical support.
