Description:We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Neonatologists to join our growing team on a per diem basis.Holiday coverage is needed from December 22-25 and December 29 to January 2.This opportunity offers 24/7 in-house Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) coverage.The facility has a 34-bed, Level III NICU with diverse acuity and case variety.You will work in a collaborative environment with 2 Neonatologists and 4 NNPs.NNPs are in-house 24 hours a day.After rounds, Neonatologists will handle home call responsibilities.The unit sees between 1,500 to 2,000 deliveries annually.Newborn nursery rounds will be part of your responsibilities.You will be involved with a NNP-led transport team, while physicians cover in-house during transports.You will be part of a collegial, evidence-based team focused on quality-driven protocols and continuous improvement in neonatal care.
