Responsibilities

• Provide gastroenterology coverage for the assignment with scheduled hours.
• Perform endoscopic procedures including EGD and colonoscopy.
• Manage pH studies, manometry, sigmoidoscopy and PEG/PEG-J placements.
• Coordinate with credentialing and onsite support for smooth operations.
• Adhere to site charting systems and maintain patient safety standards.

The Role:

• Location: Marquette, MI 49855
• Assignment duration: 3/28/2027 (7a) - 4/5/2027 (7a); 7/26/2027 (7a) - 8/1/2027 (7a); 8/28/2027 (7a) - 9/1/2027 (7a); 9/27/2027 (7a) - 10/1/2027 (7a); 11/24/2027 (7a) - 11/27/2027 (7a)
• Shift Type: Monday - Friday 9 hour shift with a 1 hour lunch (8 hours billable). Regular Hours: Required.
• In House Call: 15-hour overnight call; Weekend call: 24 hours.
• Cases: EGD, colonoscopy, pH studies, manometry, sigmoidoscopy, PEG/PEG-J tube placement. ERCP and EUS preferred.
• OT: All overtime and CB hours must be logged on the timesheet prior to submission.
• Site Charting System: Paragon & EndoPro EMR.
• Number of Procedure Rooms/Endo Suites: 4
• Propofol available for procedures.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
