The Role:

• Location: Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494
• Assignment duration: 11/1/2026 - 11/2/2026
• Shift Type: Day shift; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Open to a week on/week off. No Call.
• Clinic and scheduled procedures only. Prefer 1 clinic day and 4 procedure days; APC support in clinic.
• Inpatient census averages 28-30 MSP and 3-4 in ICU/IMCU For procedures, usually 10-14 done per day.
• ERCP and EUS not performed at this facility.
• Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 NP/PA, 1 MA, 1 Office Staff
• Site Charting System: Epic.
• Requirements: Board Certified, ACLS, & BLS
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
