Join a growing Post-Acute Care team in Greenville, SC as a full-time Physician (MD or DO). Enjoy a weekday-only schedule with no weekends, low daily patient volume, and work in a Skilled Nursing and Rehab setting.

Responsibilities and qualifications include:

• Provide direct patient care, including admissions, follow‑ups, and Medicare visits.
• Manage treatment plans for a stable post‑acute population.
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants on‑site.
• Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and coordinate holistic care with facility teams.
• Accurately document visits and submit billing using EMR and proper coding.
• Qualifications include an active SC medical license, Board certification or eligibility, and EMR experience preferred.
• Schedule is Monday to Friday, with part‑time options, 6–8 hour shifts, approximately 16 patients per day, no nights or weekends.
