We are hiring a full-time Physician (MD or DO) for a Post-Acute Care team in Greenville, SC.

Enjoy a _weekday-only_ schedule with no weekends, low daily patient volume, and a setting in Skilled Nursing and Rehab.

• Provide direct patient care, including admissions, follow-ups, and Medicare visits.
• Manage treatment plans for a stable post-acute population.
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants onsite.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and documentation using EMR and proper coding.
• Collaborate with facility teams to deliver holistic care.
• Qualifications include active SC medical license, Board certification or eligibility, and experience in chronic and post-acute care.
• Schedule is Monday to Friday, 6–8 hour shifts, with ~16 patients/day, no nights or weekends. Part-time options available.
• Salary ranges from $250,000 to $270,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.
