Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare or related field.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience: medical device/pharma sales, healthcare marketing or provider relations.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Field-based outreach to promote services and drive new patient referrals.
• Visit practices in the community to build relationships and achieve reach and frequency goals.
• Analyze referral data and track trends to identify growth opportunities and improvements.
• Coordinate educational events, tours, or CME programs in territory for referring providers.
• Capture activities and referrals in CRM (Salesforce) and collaborate with internal teams to streamline referral processes.
