Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Physician Liaison to expand patient referrals in Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Glade, and Hendry Counties. You will cultivate strong relationships with physicians, practices, and healthcare partners, promote all service lines, and drive referrals to hospital and outpatient centers.

The ideal candidate has a healthcare background, proven relationship-building skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or healthcare-related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in a healthcare organization (provider relations, business development, sales, or outreach).
• Experience with medical devices or pharmaceutical sales, healthcare marketing, or community outreach.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Drive new patient volume through physician outreach using in-person visits, calls, and virtual meetings.
• Visit practices within assigned territory to build relationships and achieve reach and frequency goals.
• Analyze referral data and track trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate educational events in territory for referring providers and highlight new services.
