Job summary

Central Florida Rheumatology Consultants, LLC is seeking a full-time Physician Liaison to grow referrals across three Central Florida markets. You will be the in-field face of the practice, visiting hundreds of offices, building relationships with providers and staff, and expanding the referral network.

This is grassroots, relationship-first outreach with real ownership of a multi-market territory. You will host marketing lunches, meet-and-greets, and events, and report monthly on outreach

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical sales, physician liaison, practice outreach, healthcare marketing.
• Confident walking into busy medical offices and earning access.
• Working knowledge of referral workflows and roles (managers, MAs, coordinators).
• Able to communicate specialty referral criteria to diverse practices including PCPs, orthopedics, rheumatology, and more.
• Organized, self-directed, and reliable with follow-up and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10–12 in-person visits per day across assigned territories.
• Introduce and reinforce providers, services, locations, and referral pathways.
• Distribute and replenish referral forms, brochures, and patient education materials.
• Prioritize high-potential practices through disciplined follow-up.
• Develop 3–5+ new referral relationships per month while deepening existing accounts.
