Job summary

Nira Medical Group in the Florida Gulf Coast region seeks a Physician Liaison to support field-based marketing and physician outreach across outpatient offices.

You will work with the Physician Relations and Marketing Manager to strengthen relationships with referring providers, raise brand awareness, and help grow practice services. This is an early-career role for someone with healthcare sales or medical marketing exposure who wants to grow in a patient-centered organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in physician relations or referral-based marketing.
• Understanding of healthcare environments and referral dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Willingness to travel locally throughout the Florida Gulf Coast region.
• Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day field marketing activities across assigned territories, including physician offices and clinics.
• Assist with in-person visits to referring practices to deliver marketing materials and reinforce messaging.
• Help maintain brand presence across medical offices with collateral placement and visibility checks.
• Represent the organization professionally in the field as a positive extension of clinical and marketing teams.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with referring providers and staff.
• Track interactions and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems.
• Support events, launches, and provider meetings with logistics and materials.
