Job summary

UF Health Leesburg is seeking a Medical Group Growth Coordinator to drive growth through physician-based referral strategies, community engagement, and market tactics. The role leads strategic planning, market analysis, and service line initiatives to expand provider networks and care delivery.

Collaborate with Medical Group executives and service line leaders to identify opportunities, develop actionable business plans, and manage multiple growth projects with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in Healthcare/Medical.
• Must be able to achieve results in a large, complex organization.
• Highly developed verbal, written, and analytical skills are necessary.
• Group facilitation and presentation skills needed.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously.
• Self-motivation and the ability to perform with minimal supervision.
• Support UF Health Central Florida mission, vision, and values.
• Seeks low level of supervision/direction on projects.
• Has direct relationships with senior leadership, middle management, and physicians throughout the organization.
• Maintains a high level of responsibility.
• Knowledge of using a Medical Staff Development Plan to meet community needs for various medical specialties.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
