Joining Carepack Pharmacy means being part of a patient‑first team that supports providers with evidence‑informed, customized therapies. You’ll be valued for your ideas, your integrity, and your results as we grow access to safe, compliant compounded medications in our community.

The Community You’ll Serve

  • Independent and group practices across Central Florida (e.g., GI, Dermatology, HRT, ED, Primary Care, Weight Management and other specialties).
  • Clinic staff who rely on smooth prescribing, clear SIGs, and fast turnaround for patient‑specific compounds.

The Role You’ll Contribute

The Physician Liaison develops and nurtures referrals by educating clinics on our formulations and services, and serving as the single point of contact between providers and our pharmacy.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Territory Development
    • Build and prioritize a target list of high‑fit specialties and practices.
    • Spend 75–80% of your time in the field across your assigned markets.
    • Execute 20–30 quality touches per week (in‑person visits, calls, webinars) and log in CRM.
  • Education & Onboarding
    • Lead brief in‑services/lunch‑and‑learns on indications, dosing options, BUD, storage, and shipping.
    • Provide clinic‑ready resources (Rx pads/templates, SIG guides, patient instructions).
    • Partner with clinics to add our pharmacy and common compounds into EMR favorites/order sets (eClinicalWorks, Athena, Epic, etc.).
  • Account Management
    • Serve as the go‑to contact for prescribers and staff; coordinate with pharmacists for clinical questions.
    • Monitor new‑starts, refills, turnaround times, and adherence; elevate barriers and share market intel with leadership.
  • Programs & Events
    • Organize webinars, case spotlights, and quarterly provider roundtables; support community/provider events and conferences.
  • Compliance & Quality
    • Market compliantly under 503A rules; follow HIPAA and federal/state regulations (no inducements, education‑focused outreach).
    • Uphold company policies and document fair, accurate representation of products and services.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Science, or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Valid, in‑state driver’s license required; reliable transportation for local travel.
  • 2+ years in healthcare provider relations, medical sales, specialty or compounding pharmacy liaison role preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills (1:1 and small groups); ability to translate pharmacist guidance into clear takeaways.
  • Understanding EMR, Google/Microsoft tools, and virtual meeting platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with GI, dermatology, men’s health/ED therapies, and metabolic/weight‑management care.
  • Experience helping clinics configure EMR favorites/order sets for compounded medications.
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with 10–15 new prescribers who begin partnering with our pharmacy.
  • Deliver a positive onboarding experience, reflected in high satisfaction and engagement from providers.
  • Maintain consistent outreach – averaging 20–30 meaningful interactions each week (calls, visits, or virtual follow‑ups).
  • Contribute to measurable growth and awareness among existing clinic partners through education and proactive support.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary + tiered performance bonus.
  • The salary range will reflect anticipated base pay; individual compensation depends on skills, experience, and market factors. Ranges may vary by geography.
