American Health Network, a part of the Optum family, seeks a Primary Care Physician to join our Greenfield, IN team. You will provide comprehensive primary care in a physician-led setting with strong care coordination and access to national resources.

This role offers a flexible schedule (4 or 4.5 days/week), opportunity for in-office procedures (optional), and a competitive compensation package with sign-on, relocation assistance, loan repayment eligibility, and generous PTO/CME benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Unrestricted medical licensure in the state of Indiana or able to obtain prior to start.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Med‑Peds.
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start.
