Zusammenfassung

American Health Network, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks a primary care physician to join our Indianapolis practice. You’ll deliver comprehensive care within a physician-led culture, collaborating with care coordinators, behavioral health, pharmacy, and other providers to support patients at the peak of their license.

We offer flexible scheduling (4 or 4.5-day weeks), a value-based care model focused on quality, and growth and leadership opportunities.

Qualifikationen

Unrestricted medical license in Indiana or ability to obtain prior to start.
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med-Peds.
Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start.

Aufgaben

Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel with resources to practice at the peak of your license.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including care coordinators, behavioral health, pharmacy, and other providers.
Perform in-office procedures such as simple skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, IUDs, etc. (if desired)
Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
Educate and empower patients to take ownership of their health
