Practice Details

• 16 provider primary carepractice including Family Medicine, InternalMedicineand Pediatrics.
• Patientencountersaverage18-22 patients per day.
• 34 patient contact hours per week.
• Call Frequency: approximately 1:20 - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage
• Openings:1.0 FTE Flexible schedule.
• As anAccountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use amultidisciplinary team approachin managing clinical care.
• Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting.
• Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record.
