Job Overview

Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicinephysician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinics – Elk River located in Elk River, Minnesota. This clinic is a conveniently located community clinic on Main Street in downtown Elk River that offers comprehensive care for your entire family, through all stages of life.

Practice Details

• 15 provider primary care practice which includes 10 Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Patient encounters average 15-18 patients per day.
• Opening: 1.0 FTE - 34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule.
• Call Frequency: 3 weeks per year.
• As part of Fairview’s Accountable Care Organization (ACO), providers practice in a collaborative, team-based model focused on quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management.
• Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting.
• Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record
