Job summary

Fairview Health Services is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join the M HealthFairview Clinics – Oxboro primary care practice in Bloomington, Minnesota. The clinic has a long-standing presence in the community and offers a collaborative, multi-specialty environment.

The role supports a 1.0 FTE with 34 patient contact hours per week, a flexible schedule, and involvement in a comprehensive benefit package. EPIC is the integrated EMR system across the practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency training program.
• Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal medicine primary care within a 12-provider practice (8 physicians, 3 APPs).
• Maintain EPIC electronic medical record.
• Participate in a 3 weeks/year call schedule.

Practice Details

• 12 provider primary care practice which includes 8 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Patient encounters average approximately 15-18 patients per day.
• Opening: 1.0 FTE - 34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule.
• Call Frequency: 3 weeks per year.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications
