Job Overview

Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine/Pediatric physician to join our primary‑care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Burnsville. This multispecialty clinic serves the South Metro and is adjacent to M Health Fairview Ridges Hospital.

Practice Details

• 9‑provider primary‑care practice with more than 7 specialists onsite.
• Patient encounters average 18‑22 patients per day.
• 34 patient contact hours per week.
• Call frequency: 1:22
• Openings: 1.0 FTE or less – flexible schedule.
• As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications
