Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a patient-centered Physician for our Pediatric Internal Medicine team in Indiana. This full-time role focuses on outpatient care, with 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM hours, and a trauma-informed environment.

The physician will perform physical exams, collect histories, manage treatment plans, and educate patients while coordinating with a 4-physician team and support staff. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine/IM-Peds is required.

Qualifications

• Indiana Medical License required
• EMR used is EPIC; credentialing typically 60–90 days

Description:We are seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join our Pediatric Internal Medicine team.This individual will provide and manage direct patient care.The role involves performing physical examinations and tests, obtaining medical history and documentation, and instructing patients regarding their diagnosis, medications, and treatment.The position is full-time and hospital-employed.The team consists of 4 physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and support staff including LPNs, OAs, and MAs.Office hours are from 7 AM to 4:30 PM.Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.This position is open to newly trained and practicing physicians.All candidates must maintain required certifications and licensure.Candidates will be expected to enter their hours into the designated platform.Order entry is expected to be completed by locum providers.The position is outpatient-focused, and the facility has a Trauma Level of III.EMR used is EPIC.Time to credential is approximately 60-90 days.Interviews are not required for this position.Only one provider will be accepted for this role.
