Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a Physician specializing in Family or Internal Medicine for a full-time role. You will provide high-quality primary care to a diverse patient population, with a flexible schedule and a 1:10 call rotation.

Relocation assistance is available. You will work in a tech-forward environment with EPIC EMR, a focus on physician well-being, and MGMA-aligned compensation.

Qualifikationen

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

• Provide high-quality primary care, including physical exams, wellness check-ups, and immunizations for a diverse patient population (Adults only for IM; all ages for FM)
• Clinic patients per day: 15-30
• Call Rotation: 1:10
• Diagnose and manage long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD.
• Treat non-emergent injuries and illnesses (e.g., infections, minor trauma).
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other diagnostic screenings.
• Manage the patient's care journey by coordinating with specialists
