PHYSICIAN (INTERNAL MEDICINE/DISABILITY EVALUATION)

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Disability Appeals Senior Medical Advisor on medical issues related to cases being considered by the Air Force Review Boards Agency, (AFRBA).

Key Responsibilities

Serves as senior medical case analyst and voting member in the SAFPC Personnel Board Provides medical expertise, case review and reassessments, and medical interpretations to the requesting boards and panels of the AFRBA Serves as analyst and voting member on other SAFPC Boards/panels especially "dual-action" boards involved in both legal and medical issues
