The University of Miami Health System in South Florida seeks a Business Development Associate to support physician integration and service line growth across UHealth. You will coordinate onboarding of recruited physicians, activate milestones, monitor progress, and partner with operations, IT, and HR to enable successful practice launches.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees physician integration activities across assigned service lines, departments and practices.
• Coordinates physician acquisition, recruitment, and practice integration initiatives, including activation timelines and stakeholder communications.
• Maintains onboarding and activation documentation, milestone reports, risk logs, and leadership status updates.
• Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to facilitate effective physician integration activities.
• Identifies, monitors, and escalates barriers and operational issues impacting readiness and launches.
