CORE JOB SUMMARY

The Clinical Business Operations Representative 3 facilitates the prompt resolution of problems related to pre and post care that arise in daily clinical operations. The incumbent performs general administrative and receptionist functions, to include answering incoming calls, efficient management of patients, and the acquisition of necessary patient care and records. The Clinical Business Operations Representative 1 assists patients in a courteous, efficient and professional manner and ensures adherence to divisional and departmental service standards.

Department Specific Functions

• 1. Support urology patients with scheduling follow-up appointments and procedures as indicated by the physician adhering to patient appointment policies and procedures.
• 2. Communicate with physicians and nurses concerning patient care.
• 3. Manage and scan all outside records into online system for physicians making sure all information is available on a timely basis before clinic begins.
• 4. Triaging patient medical problems or inquiries to appropriate nursing or physician.
• 5. Assist with reviewing & responding to CRM requests and patient advice requests.
