Job summary

Hospitals in Florida, part of a large, established health system, are seeking physicians for permanent, full-time positions. The roles feature block schedules (5 on/5 off, 6 on/6 off, 7 on/7 off) and rotating nights, with 12-hour shifts and census of 20-24 patients per shift.

Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $275,000 annually, plus RVU production and metrics-based bonuses. Malpractice insurance (occurrence-based) is included.

POSITION STATUS:

• Permanent and Full Time available
• Block schedule (5 on, 5 off, 6 on, 6 off, 7 on, 7 off) and you must rotate nights as well.
• 12 hour shifts
• Census: 20-24 patients per shift

Compensation package: $250,000 - $275,000 + RVU production and metrics bonus
