Job summary

MASC Medical Recruitment Firm advertises a permanent, full-time hospital opportunity in Florida with a rotating block schedule and 12‑hour shifts. The position accommodates a high patient census of 20–24 per shift within a large system of care in the region.

Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $275,000 annually, plus RVU production and metrics bonuses. Malpractice insurance on an occurrence basis is included as a benefit, with confidentiality maintained per EEO guidelines.

POSITION STATUS:

• Permanent and Full Time available
• Block schedule (5 on, 5 off, 6 on, 6 off, 7 on, 7 off) and you must rotate nights as well.
• 12 hour shifts
• Census: 20-24 patients per shift

Compensation package: $250,000 - $275,000 + RVU production and metrics bonus
