Job summary

MASC Medical Recruitment Firm is seeking a physician for a permanent, full-time hospital position in Florida. The role offers a block schedule (5 on/5 off, 6 on/6 off, 7 on/7 off) with rotating night shifts and 12-hour shifts, serving a census of 20–24 patients per shift.

Salary ranges from $250,000 to $275,000 with RVU production and a metrics bonus; malpractice insurance is provided. Open Florida sites include Aventura, Englewood, Fort Pierce, Ft.

POSITION STATUS:

• Permanent and Full Time available
• Block schedule (5 on, 5 off, 6 on, 6 off, 7 on, 7 off) and you must rotate nights as well.

Compensation package: $250,000 - $275,000 + RVU production and metrics bonus
