Job summary

MASC Medical Recruitment Firm is helping a large hospital management group in Florida fill a permanent full-time physician position. The role offers a block schedule (5 on/5 off, 6 on/6 off, 7 on/7 off) with rotating night shifts and 12-hour shifts, serving a census of 20-24 patients per shift.

Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $275,000 plus RVU production and metrics bonus. Malpractice insurance (occurrence based) is provided as part of the benefits package.

POSITION STATUS:

• Permanent and Full Time available
• Block schedule (5 on, 5 off, 6 on, 6 off, 7 on, 7 off) and you must rotate nights as well.
• 12 hour shifts
• Census: 20-24 patients per shift
