West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Medicine, Section of Hematology/Oncology, and the WVU Cancer Institute seek a Hematology/Oncology Physician (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will practice primarily in Uniontown, Pennsylvania.
Depending on operational needs, the candidate may also be assigned to provide services at additional sites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, with travel expected.
Responsibilities: Practice in hematology/oncology, provide excellent patient care, and actively participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
Qualifications: MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent, eligibility for state medical license, completion of internal medicine residency, hematology/oncology fellowship, and board certification or eligibility in hematology and/or oncology by the time of appointment.
