Emergency Medicine Physician - Uniontown Hospital

WVUHS System Medical Group seeks a physician to join our community emergency medicine practice. Uniontown Hospital is a compassionate community hospital serving Fayette County and surrounding areas for over a century. It offers services including an award-winning Cardiology Department, catheterization lab, Stroke Center, and a state-of-the-art Wound Healing Center.

Applicants must have an MD or DO degree, be eligible for an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license, and have completed an accredited residency. Emergency Medicine Board Certification is required; board eligibility is acceptable if within a recognized board of the American Board of Medical Specialties.

The Department of Emergency Medicine serves over 550,000 patients across 23 locations in Appalachia. WVUHS is West Virginia's largest health system, with more than 2,400 licensed beds, 3,900 providers, and nearly 30,000 employees.
