Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc is seeking a remote-based Market Development Lead to build and maintain a strong physician network across Kansas and Nebraska. You will travel statewide to engage hospital executives, recruit high-value physicians, and drive market growth.

Reporting to Market Leadership, you will identify opportunities for syndication, collaboration with operations, and strategies to increase volume and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining physician networks.
• Ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities in a multi-market area.
• Strong collaboration with clinical, operations, and market leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a comprehensive physician network in the assigned markets across KS/NE.
• Identify and recruit high-value physicians and physician groups for SP facilities.
• Coordinate with Market CEOs, facility admins, and leaders to drive physician alignment and growth.
• Utilize outreach plans to engage non-SP physicians and nurture relationships based on priority.
• Identify acquisition targets, DeNovo opportunities, and referral relationships to support market growth.
• Support in-market growth strategies and monitor physician retention and loyalty.
