Cynet Health seeks a General Surgeon for ongoing assignment in North Carolina. You will provide comprehensive surgical care, including laparoscopic and open procedures, on a 24-hour on-call schedule. Active NC license and board certification are required; GI capabilities are highly valued.

Experience with pediatric cases is optional; overtime and credentialing are noted. The role mandates proficiency in standard intraoperative techniques and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina medical license required.
• Board certification in General Surgery is mandatory.
• ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS and PALS certifications preferred or required.

Responsabilités

• Perform general surgery procedures including laparoscopic and open operations.
• Handle on-call shifts; 7 AM to 7 AM with 24 hour on-call coverage.
• Manage post-operative care and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Assist with GI endoscopy and related minor procedures when needed.
• Operate in a hospital setting serving both adults and pediatric patients when required.

Description:All shifts are from 7 AM to 7 AM from 11/26 to 11/30.Candidates are being actively reviewed.Providers with GI capabilities are highly preferred.This assignment is anticipated to continue until late December while a permanent search is conducted.Candidates must perform required skills as listed.Drive-in candidates are preferred.Accommodation options are available nearby.Overtime and callback will require documentation.The facility requires board certification.Credentialing timeframe is estimated to be 3-4 days.Pediatric surgery skills are preferred but not required.Required general surgery skills include:

• Laparoscopic Surgery

Experience with pediatric surgeries is optional.This position serves all age groups including adults and pediatrics.The facility trauma level is designated as 0.No specific requirements or restrictions are imposed on neonatal surgeries.Candidates must possess proficiency in most common surgical procedures and techniques.
