Job description

York Hospital is seeking an experienced Board Certified General Surgeon to join our General Surgery Team. This is a full-time position, working in a hospital-based General Surgery Practice located in York, Maine.

About York Hospital

Our community hospital is licensed for 79 beds and has a clinical affiliation with Massachusetts General Hospital. York Hospital includes a large ambulatory primary care network, providing a strong surgical referral base.

Facilities and Support

• 5 OR suites with access to a DaVinci Xi robot
• Strong GI presence with advanced endoscopy including ERCP
• 5-bed ICU
• Interventional Radiology support

Position Details

Call is one in four. Fellowship training in colorectal surgery is preferred.
