Position Overview: General Physician, PC, part of Kaleida Health in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a BC/BE Obstetrician/Gynecologist. Our Women's Health Service line offers opportunities across the region.

About Us: Established in 2010, General Physician, PC is one of the largest medical groups in Western New York, comprising respected healthcare providers across various specialties. We are affiliated with Kaleida Health and serve the region with over 40 locations.

Our Facilities and Services:

• Kaleida Health is the largest healthcare system in Western NY.
• Oishei Children's Hospital: Regional Perinatal Center with a Women's Specialty Care unit, OB Emergency Department, and a 64-bed Level 4 NICU.
• Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital: 10-bed Level 2 NICU.
• Olean General Hospital: Rural location in Olean, NY.
• Delivering over 6,000 babies annually across three hospitals.
• Affiliated with the Jacob School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo.

Qualifications:

• Completion of Residency at an accredited facility.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Must be BC within 5 years of Residency Completion.
• Eligible or licensed to practice medicine in New York State.
• DEA certification.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary ranging from $275,000 to $325,000, plus RVU model for income potential.
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
• PSLF eligibility, H1B support, and some J1 options.
• Four weeks of PTO, 8 paid holidays, and CME time with CME dollars.
• Paid occurrence malpractice insurance.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide professional OB/GYN women's health services within our practice and hospital system, including inpatient procedures, deliveries, and consultations at either Millard Fillmore Hospital or Oishei Children's Hospital. Call duties will be shared among physicians.

Your office will be equipped with:

• Support staff including care coordinators, dietitians, RNs, LPNs, and MAs.
• MFM support and onsite mammography.
• Surgical proctoring, office mentorship, and call group coverage.
• Access to pharmacy education and other resources.
