Northwestern Medicine is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our growing Behavioral Health team in Sycamore, IL. This role focuses on providing high-quality outpatient psychiatric care to an adult patient population in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Position Highlights

• Conduct new psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for adult patients
• Develop and manage treatment plans, including medication management
• Full-time, 36 patient‑facing hours per week
• Monday–Friday clinic schedule with a combination of in‑person and telehealth clinic days
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care
• Support program development and expansion of advanced behavioral health treatment modalities
• System‑wide Epic EMR
• Salary range: $264,000‑342,000
