Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System in Olathe seeks a board-certified/board-eligible Pulmonologist to join the Olathe Campus team. The role blends outpatient care, inpatient rounding, and ICU responsibilities within a six-physician pulmonary/critical care group, managing a 20-bed ICU.

Call rotation is 1:6 and there are opportunities to collaborate with nurse practitioners. The team has access to CT surgery, pulmonary rehab, a sleep lab, EBUS, and navigational bronchoscopy.

Qualifications

  • MD/DO degree required.
  • Board certification in Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care or eligibility.
  • Eligible for licensure in Kansas.

Physician - General and Critical Care Pulmonologist

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a board eligible/board certified Pulmonologist to join its Olathe Campus team, where we prioritize collaboration, community care, and patient-centered excellence.

This role involves a blend of outpatient care, inpatient rounding, and ICU responsibilities within a group of Six pulmonary/critical care physicians and will require managing a 20-bed ICU.

The team has access to a variety of resources, including CT surgery, pulmonary rehabilitation, a sleep lab, EBUS, and navigational bronchoscopy.

Call rotation for this individual will follow a 1: 6 schedule, and there is the opportunity to collaborate with nurse practitioners.
