Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System in Olathe seeks a board-certified/board-eligible Pulmonologist to join the Olathe Campus team. The role blends outpatient care, inpatient rounding, and ICU responsibilities within a six-physician pulmonary/critical care group, managing a 20-bed ICU.

Call rotation is 1:6 and there are opportunities to collaborate with nurse practitioners. The team has access to CT surgery, pulmonary rehab, a sleep lab, EBUS, and navigational bronchoscopy.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Board certification in Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care or eligibility.
• Eligible for licensure in Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Blend outpatient care with inpatient rounding and ICU responsibilities.
• Collaborate with a team of pulmonary/critical care physicians.
• Manage a 20-bed ICU and participate in call rotation.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners.
