Excellent opportunity for a full-time, Board eligible or certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician. This primary care (adult medicine) position is located in Los Angeles, CA.

Medical Group is rated as one of the top medical groups in California by patients, health insurance plans, and accrediting organizations. It is a physician-owned, multi-specialty group in Los Angeles with a 100-year history of clinical excellence and more than 200 physicians providing quality care to the growing population of Los Angeles County. We serve patients at ten clinical locations throughout the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and Simi Valleys, including two urgent care centers and dedicated women's health centers.

The group has numerous committees and programs aimed at improving patient care and group operations. We offer various leadership opportunities for physicians. Providing advanced, evidence-based care is core to our mission, and quality initiatives are a priority organization-wide. Physicians are equipped with tools to enhance patient care and satisfaction, with regular feedback on their performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental, life & disability insurance, and a generous retirement plan. Our physicians typically work four days per week to promote work-life balance and receive ample paid time off. We also provide the opportunity for physicians to become shareholders in our group, supporting our long-term organizational strength.

The salary range for this position is $270,000 to $350,000, depending on experience and training. Compensation may include productivity, quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives. A $20,000 starting bonus is offered. This position is eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
