A Pathologist position is available in a thriving private surgical pathology and cytology laboratory located near Santa Rosa, CA. The role involves signing out approximately 5,000 surgical cases annually in a full-time hospital setting, while collaborating with surgeons and hospital administration. The ideal candidate is AP/CP Board Certified and will engage in radiology adequacy assessments and provide comprehensive customer service support.

Thriving private independent pathologist owned and operated surgical pathology and cytology laboratory, located in Northern Central California, is seeking an AP/CP Pathologist for a full-time hospital based position.

• The candidate will be a General Surgical Pathologist that is AP/CP Board Certified and accustomed to high volume as you will be expected to sign-out approximately 5,000 surgical cases annually.
• Pathologist would provide coverage in a hospital setting full time with 2 other pathologists.
• The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate and have a willingness to perform radiology adequacy assessment and engage with surgeons in the OR during frozen sections.
• This candidate would also be a liaison between the hospital administration, medical staff, and our organization.

• Customer Service dedicated efficient customer service representatives to assist with specimen requirements and handling, results, specimen pick-up and supplies.
• IT interfaces to EHR/EMR, online report access, customized color reports, 24 hour IT support.
• Courier Services Customized and STAT pick-ups.
• In-House Billing Supportive representatives for questions concerning charges for services and assistance with insurance filings.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: $00 per year.
• Relocation and signing bonus package are negotiable.
