The role features a flexible schedule with a 1:10 call rotation and a focus on work-life balance. Board-certified or eligible, Indiana license eligibility, CSR/DEA registration, and proficiency with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation are required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Indiana medical license eligibility and CSR/DEA registration.
• EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools experience.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with EMR.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary care including exams, wellness visits, and immunizations (adults for IM; all ages for FM).
• See 15–30 patients per day.
• Call rotation 1:10.
• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions (HTN, diabetes, asthma, COPD).
• Treat non-emergent injuries and illnesses (infections, minor trauma).
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and screenings.
• Coordinate with specialists to manage patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care, including physical exams, wellness check-ups, and immunizations for a diverse patient population (Adults only for IM; all ages for FM)
• Clinic patients per day: 15-30
• Call Rotation: 1:10
• Diagnose and manage long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD.
• Treat non-emergent injuries and illnesses (e.g., infections, minor trauma).
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other diagnostic screenings.
• Manage the patient's care journey by coordinating with specialists

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
