Connectly Recruiting in Valparaiso, IN seeks a full-time Family or Internal Medicine physician. The position offers a flexible schedule, 1:10 call rotation, and relocation assistance. Primarily ambulatory care with a focus on physician well-being and sustainable work-life balance.

Responsibilities include exams, wellness checks, vaccines, and managing chronic diseases for a diverse patient population. Board eligibility and Indiana license required; EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with or aptitude for EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care including exams and immunizations.
• Manage hypertension, diabetes, asthma, COPD and chronic conditions.
• Coordinate with specialists and interpret labs/imaging.
• Offer care across ages as FM or IM depending on assignment.

Physician - Family or Internal Medicine
Job Type : Full-time | Monday – Friday, flexible schedule | 1:10 call rotation
Location: Valparaiso, IN

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care, including physical exams, wellness check-ups, and immunizations for a diverse patient population (Adults only for IM; all ages for FM)
• Clinic patients per day: 15-30
• Call Rotation: 1:10
• Diagnose and manage long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD.
• Treat non-emergent injuries and illnesses (e.g., infections, minor trauma).
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other diagnostic screenings.
• Manage the patient's care journey by coordinating with specialists

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
