RRC Solutions Group in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a Physician in Family or Internal Medicine for a full-time role. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 1:10 call rotation and relocation assistance.

You will provide primary care to adults (FM) or all ages (IM), leverage an innovative, tech-forward environment, and join a facility recognized among the HIMSS Stage VII facilities in the country.

Qualifications

• Board certification status required or planned within a set timeframe.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and EMR proficiency are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care including physical exams, wellness checks, and immunizations.
• Manage long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, COPD.
• Order/interpret labs and imaging; coordinate patient care with specialists.

Job Type : Full-time | Monday – Friday, flexible schedule | 1:10 call rotation

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care, including physical exams, wellness check-ups, and immunizations for a diverse patient population (Adults only for IM; all ages for FM)
• Clinic patients per day: 15-30
• Call Rotation: 1:10
• Diagnose and manage long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD.
• Treat non-emergent injuries and illnesses (e.g., infections, minor trauma).
• Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other diagnostic screenings.
• Manage the patient's care journey by coordinating with specialists

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
